THE CLIENT
MOON BURGER :
A Burger shop in upstate NY, This is one is unique in that its inside of a gas station.
Moonburger uses playful space doodles and the moon as a design motif.
THE ASK
To conceptualize and design additional immersive design elements into the current proposed designs (by others)
Specifically the retail wall and the seating booth.
CONCEPT PHASE
I proposed various directions we could take to create more immersive elements focused on "space" as the main driver.
Client chose this one
I pitched introducing custom designed lotto tickets to play off "gas station"
client asked to make retail design more to look like gas station
SCHEMATICS
With a concept selected we move on to schematic , during the schematic phase, I design with budget in mind.
By giving a range of options my client can choose a design they can afford or allocate more funds to achieve a desired look.
Taking my clients feedback, I made the retail wall evoke the feeling of a gas station.
TECHNICAL SPECS
Once schematics is agreed on, we move onto technical spec, these drawings give enough details to hand off to a vendor for a quote.
